Last month, Emetropia released a surprise cover of the song “New Dawn” by Visions of Atlantis! It’s available to stream on Spotify or YouTube.
Their main songwriter and keyboardist Liam reflects on the decision to release a cover:
“We’ve spent the last year working on our second album and realized that we wanted to release something fun and exciting this year. New Dawn gave us the perfect opportunity to thank Visions of Atlantis for bringing us on tour two years ago.”

“For this song we tried to do as much as possible by ourselves. It’s mixed by myself and the artwork is designed by our drummer Oscar. Ultimately, we’re thrilled with the results and hope both new listeners and fans of the original will enjoy our take on an iconic song!”
“New Dawn” is mixed by Olle Renius and mastered by Jonathan Rosso (1017 Music), with artwork by Oscar Heikkinen. It is available on all streaming platforms and was released independently.
