Carys Serries is the bassist and lead vocalist for Scottish melodic death metal/power metal band Dál Riata. Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland (but 1st generation Trinidad and Tobago), Carys specialises in bass and death metal vocals, previously appearing in UK technical death metal band Satiracy. In addition to working on the upcoming debut album for Dál Riata, Carys is currently involved in a number of other exciting projects, including Resurrect Orpheus (technical death metal) and recording guest vocals for Obscura Serenity (technical death metal/melodic death metal).
